If for any reason, you are unhappy with the quality of your product, we will gladly refund the full amount of the purchase within 10 days, or exchange your purchase for another product. If there is a manufacturing defect with the item you purchased, please contact us immediately at returns@hillmailordercompany.com detailing the precise nature of the problem or defect.
Returns are accepted and should be handled in the following manner:
1. Goods must be returned within 10 days of shipping date. Only return the authorized item.
2. Use the original packaging and enclose the original documentation.
3. Write the return authorization number (RAN)* on the address label on the box.
4. Please enclose your reason for the return.

*Note: You must obtain an RAN number from us before returning your materials. All materials sent to us without a RAN number will be returned to the shipper.
To obtain a RAN number please email us as mentioned above to returns@hillmailordercompany.com so that we may best resolve the issue with your product. We understand the importance of your satisfaction and want to help you with any situation or problem that may arise. If choose to cancel the purchase, a 15% restocking fee and the return shipment of the product will be at the customer's expense.
